RPRC Timed Precision Rifle Match

All RPRC range rules will be adhered to.

The match will count BOTH in the Rifle Division of the Club Championship and in the Overall Club Championship.

This will be a Center Fire (CF) competition.

Match will be held on the 100-yard range.

(Match note: use of the golf cart to retrieve and put-up targets to save time between shooters, shooter and next shooter to go on cart.)

Total of 24 shots.

TARGETS:
NRA AP1 targets, variable position and distance, sequence of targets left to right - 25 yards, 50 yards, 100 yards, 50 yards from the firing line.

EQUIPMENT:
GUNS: Any Center Fire rifle adhering to range rules.

SIGHTS: Any sights, except sights projecting an image on the target (Lasers) are prohibited.

TRIGGERS: Release triggers are prohibited.

 COURSE OF FIRE: Competitors must fire all stages standing starting from low ready position (Firearm may be at shoulder muzzle down)

• Slings are permitted, shooting jackets are not permitted
• Stage 1 – total 8 shots, 1 string in 18 seconds, 2 shots at each target 25 yards, 50 yards, 100yards and 50 yards, shooting targets from left to right.
• Stage 2 – total 8 shots, 1 string in 18 seconds, 2 shots at each target 25 yards, 50 yards, 100 yards and 50 yards, shooting targets in any order.
• Stage 3 - repeat stage 2
• Alibis - The shooter may have one alibi per string and restart shooting at the time of the fault at the point in the course of fire where the fault occurred, restarting from low ready.
• Tie breaker will be the number of X’s.

There will be a mandatory match briefing 15 minutes prior to the match to review safety and course of fire.
